Shipping & Delivery Policy (eSIM Products)

All eSIMs sold on our website are delivered digitally via email. No physical shipping is required. This policy outlines how digital delivery is processed and the expected timeframes.
1. Digital Delivery Only
All eSIM products are delivered electronically.
After completing your purchase, you will receive:
- A QR code
- Manual activation code (if applicable)
- Installation instructions
Delivery is made to the email address provided during checkout. Please ensure that your email address is correct.
2. Standard Delivery Time
Most eSIM orders are processed within minutes after successful payment.
However, depending on system load, verification requirements, or manual processing needs, delivery may take longer.
3. Manual Processing and Order Volume
In certain cases, particularly during periods of high demand or when manual verification is required, additional processing time may be needed.
Due to the large number of orders, our processing time may extend beyond the usual automated delivery window. We aim to deliver all eSIMs within 1–12 hours of purchase.
This additional time ensures that:
- Your eSIM is generated correctly
- Activation information is accurate
- Your order is verified for security purposes
Most customers receive their eSIM much faster than this window, but we include this buffer to accommodate manual fulfilment when needed.
4. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed if:
- The email address provided is incorrect
- The payment is under review by the payment provider
- Network congestion affects eSIM generation
- The order requires manual verification
- High order volume is experienced
If you have not received your eSIM after 12 hours, please contact us at info@milesandmemories.store and include your order number.
5. Incorrect Email Address
If you entered the wrong email address at checkout, contact us immediately at info@milesandmemories.store We can resend the eSIM to the correct address, but this does not qualify for a refund.
6. No Physical Shipping Fees
Since all products are delivered digitally:
- No shipping charges apply
- No customs or import fees are involved
- Delivery times are not affected by geographical location
7. Delivery Confirmation
An email will be sent once your eSIM is delivered.
If the eSIM email is not in your inbox, please check:
- Spam/Junk folder
- Promotions/Other tabs (for Gmail users)
- Any email filters you have set
