What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a digital SIM card that lets you activate a mobile data plan without inserting a physical SIM. You simply scan a QR code to install it on your device.
Is my device compatible?

Most modern phones support eSIM, but compatibility varies by region. Your device must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked. Please check compatibility before purchasing.
How do I activate my eSIM?

You will receive an email with a QR code and installation instructions. Scan the QR code, follow the prompts, enable data roaming, and set the eSIM as your data line.
When will I receive my eSIM?

Delivery typically occurs within minutes. Due to manual fulfilment during our system upgrade, delivery may take up to 12 hours during busy periods.
I didn't receive my eSIM email. What should I do?

Please check your Spam/Junk folder and Gmail Promotions tab. If not found, contact us at tradepassnz@gmail.com and we will resend your eSIM.
Can I get a refund if the eSIM doesn't work?

Refunds are only possible if the eSIM has not been installed or activated. We cannot offer refunds for compatibility issues, incorrect purchases, or after the eSIM has been used. Requests must be made within 14 days.
The eSIM shows “No Service”. What should I do?

Please enable data roaming, restart your device, set the eSIM as the data line, turn off VPN, and check the start date. Contact us if the issue persists.
Can I install the eSIM before travelling?

Yes, you may install it before travelling. Activation timing depends on the product—either upon installation or first connection to a supported network.
Can I reinstall my eSIM if deleted?

No. Most eSIMs cannot be reinstalled once deleted. Please avoid deleting the profile or resetting network settings after installation.
Does the eSIM include a phone number?

Most travel eSIMs are data-only and do not include a phone number unless clearly stated on the product page.
Didn't find the eSIM you need?

We carry more eSIMs than those listed on our website. If you cannot find a specific country or plan, email us—we may have it available.
